Cash Advance

Cash advance basics and statuses

Cash Advance is an eligibility-based product flow that can involve profile setup, payroll connection, funding status, and repayment visibility.

Last updated 2026-06-15

Naverica’s Cash Advance experience is designed to help eligible users access short-term funding support through approved product and partner flows. Naverica does not lend its own capital, and availability is not guaranteed.

What The Flow May Require

  • a signed-in account and basic profile information;
  • required disclosures, electronic communications consent, and repayment authorization;
  • payroll or employment connection when the product asks for it;
  • an approved payment method for funding or repayment support.

Common Status Meanings

  • Setup needed: a required profile, consent, payment, or payroll step is still incomplete.
  • Pending or under review: Naverica or a partner is still processing part of the request.
  • Approved: you can review the current amount, fee, repayment date, and any other disclosed terms before accepting.
  • Denied or unavailable: the current request did not qualify or the product is not available right now.
  • Funding in progress: acceptance is complete and funding is still being processed.
  • Repayment scheduled: the current repayment date and amount are set.
  • Repayment failed or retrying: a payment did not succeed and the system is reviewing or retrying the next step.
  • Closed or repaid: the current advance cycle is complete.

Important Limits

  • Naverica does not guarantee approval, amount, funding timing, or repayment outcomes.
  • An active unpaid advance can block a new advance request until the current one is resolved.
  • Rewards are not currently applied to Cash Advances.

When To Contact Support

Sign in and contact support if:

  • your payroll connection fails or your employer cannot be verified;
  • you do not understand a disclosed fee, repayment date, or payment-method step;
  • funding seems delayed after acceptance;
  • a repayment fails, retries, or needs review;
  • you want to raise a complaint about authorization, fees, or repayment handling.

Do not send payroll credentials, bank account details, card numbers, or screenshots with private account information by ordinary email.
