These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards.

Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Naverica’s website, signed-in product experience, content, tools, communications, and related services. By using Naverica, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms, consents, disclosures, authorizations, or partner terms presented for a specific product or feature.

If you do not agree, do not use Naverica.

These Terms are intended as a practical operating baseline and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch. Product-specific agreements, repayment authorizations, electronic communications consents, rewards terms, subscription terms, provider terms, and disclosures may also apply.

When you create an account, click an acceptance control, or otherwise continue through a flow that presents these Terms, you agree to the version shown or linked at that time. Naverica may require you to accept updated Terms before you continue using Naverica if the update is material, affects your rights or obligations, changes product rules, or is required by law, provider requirements, or Naverica’s compliance process.

Your general acceptance of these Terms is separate from product-specific consents and authorizations. For example, Plaid account-data authorization, payroll connection authorization, rewards consent, repayment authorization, electronic communications consent, subscription terms, and future bill-management authorization may require their own acceptance records before the related feature is available.

Naverica’s Role

Naverica provides a guided financial technology experience focused on financial wellness, cash advance availability, and rewards. Naverica may help users connect supported accounts or providers, view product status, manage financial tasks, set reminders, review rewards activity, cash out eligible rewards through approved methods, or use supported partner services.

Naverica is not a bank, lender, underwriting service, capital provider, prepaid account provider, wallet provider, consumer reporting agency, credit repair company, debt settlement company, broker-dealer, investment adviser, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor.

Naverica does not guarantee cash advance availability, approval, limits, funding timing, repayment success, savings, credit improvement, rewards availability, redemption outcomes, payout timing, cancellation outcomes, bill changes, subscription changes, partner availability, or any specific financial result. Any product availability, repayment term, account action, rewards activity, cash-out redemption, payout method, or partner process may depend on the applicable provider, product rules, user eligibility, state availability, fraud-prevention checks, and law.

If Naverica displays partner options, partner status, or product availability, the information may not include every provider, product, offer, term, fee, or alternative available to you. Partner relationships, product rules, eligibility requirements, state availability, and operational constraints may affect what appears. Review all partner disclosures and terms before accepting any product or service.

Unless a product-specific disclosure says otherwise, information shown through Naverica is not a consumer report and should not be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, government benefits, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.

Eligibility

You may use Naverica only if you:

  • are at least 18 years old;
  • can form a binding legal agreement;
  • provide accurate, complete, and current information;
  • use Naverica only for lawful personal or business purposes allowed by the applicable product;
  • comply with these Terms, product-specific terms, provider terms, and all applicable laws.

Naverica may restrict access based on product availability, location, identity verification, fraud risk, provider requirements, payment status, repayment status, rewards status, support risk, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree that information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current. You must not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person, use another person’s information without authorization, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so Naverica can send account, security, payment, repayment, rewards, subscription, support, and legal notices.

Product Features And Partner Services

When you submit information through Naverica, we may use it to support financial wellness, cash advance, rewards, eligibility-related checks, status tracking, consent, redemption, repayment, subscription, support, and related product steps.

You understand that:

  • submitting information does not guarantee cash advance availability, funding, rewards availability, payout availability, partner approval, or redemption outcomes;
  • partners may require additional information, verification, consent, documentation, terms, or disclosures;
  • partner terms, fees, repayment obligations, rewards rules, payout rules, and disclosures are controlled by the applicable partner or product terms;
  • Naverica may display status, activity, or account information received from partners, but that information may change, may not always update immediately, and may be subject to partner availability;
  • you are responsible for reviewing all disclosures, authorizations, and provider terms before accepting any product, offer, repayment obligation, subscription, or rewards activity.

Financial Wellness

Financial Wellness features may help you view connected account information, review transactions, understand spending categories, set budgets, track goals, configure reminders, and manage income-plan settings.

Financial Wellness is guidance and account-insight tooling. It is not personalized financial advice, investment advice, credit counseling, debt settlement, or a guarantee that a goal, budget, or reminder will produce a specific outcome.

Naverica may rely on providers such as Plaid to connect accounts. You are responsible for reviewing provider connection screens and permissions before continuing. You may need to reconnect or disconnect accounts if provider access changes.

Cash Advance, Payroll, Funding, And Repayment

Cash advance features may require profile information, identity-related information, payroll or employment connection, income information, product disclosures, repayment authorization, payment method setup, and electronic communications consent.

Naverica does not lend its own capital. Cash advance availability, amount, timing, funding, repayment, reversals, disputes, and support may depend on Naverica’s product rules, providers, payment processors, state availability, fraud-prevention checks, and applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing and honoring any repayment authorization, payment schedule, fee disclosure, due date, and product terms you accept. If a payment method fails, a repayment is returned, or a dispute occurs, Naverica may retry, pause, restrict, or review access as described in the applicable product terms and law.

Rewards And Redemptions

Rewards features may let you participate in partner-driven surveys, offers, games, or activities, view rewards activity, track eligible credits, and request eligible cash-outs through approved methods.

Rewards credits are promotional benefits. They are not bank deposits, prepaid balances, wallet funds, wages, property held for you, or a general-purpose payment account. Rewards credits may be reversed, delayed, denied, adjusted, or expired under product rules, provider rules, fraud checks, or support review.

Rewards may cash out only through approved PayPal or Bank Draft flows at the moment. Rewards are not currently applied to Cash Advances or subscriptions. Partner availability, activity eligibility, credit timing, payout timing, redemption minimums, payout methods, and reversals may change.

Bills, Subscriptions, And Future Account Actions

Naverica may explore bill, subscription, or account-management features through providers. Customer-facing bill and subscription management is not approved for production use at this time unless a future product release, provider terms, privacy disclosures, consent flow, support process, and compliance review expressly activate it.

If future account-action features are launched, available actions may vary by provider, merchant, biller, payment method, user eligibility, and law. Naverica does not guarantee that a provider can change, cancel, pause, pay, or manage any bill, subscription, merchant account, or payment method.

Subscriptions, Fees, Payments, Trials, And Refunds

Naverica may offer free and paid features. Any subscription fee, cash advance fee, repayment amount, payout fee, service charge, trial, promotion, renewal term, cancellation rule, or refund rule should be disclosed before you accept the applicable product.

If a feature includes recurring billing, you authorize Naverica or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the disclosed billing cadence until you cancel as described in the applicable terms. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal deadline if you do not want future charges.

If you subscribe through a third-party platform, app store, payment processor, or partner, that third party may control cancellation, renewal, refund, and billing support. Deleting your Naverica account may not automatically cancel a third-party subscription unless the applicable terms say so.

Unless a product-specific policy, promotional offer, or applicable law says otherwise, fees and subscription charges may be non-refundable. Naverica may issue refunds, credits, adjustments, reversals, or discounts at its discretion or where required by law.

A paid subscription is not required to access legally required notices, repayment visibility for an active financial obligation, or support related to an active financial obligation.

Electronic Communications

By using Naverica, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including through the website, app, email, SMS, push notification, in-app messages, or other electronic means, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

Some products may require a separate E-Sign consent before you can receive disclosures or sign documents electronically. You are responsible for maintaining a working email address, phone number, device, and internet access needed to receive electronic communications.

SMS And Email Messages

If you provide a phone number or email address, we may send account, application, support, security, reminder, payment, repayment, rewards, subscription, cash-out, or service messages. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

You may opt out of marketing messages where available. Transactional, security, support, payment, repayment, rewards, subscription, and legally required messages may still be sent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Naverica for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activity;
  • provide false, misleading, incomplete, stolen, or unauthorized information;
  • submit information about another person without the right to do so;
  • interfere with or disrupt Naverica, its infrastructure, its providers, its users, or its support processes;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, data, APIs, source code, models, integrations, or provider connections without authorization;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or misuse Naverica except as allowed by law;
  • upload malware, harmful code, spam, or content that creates security or operational risk;
  • use Naverica to violate another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual property;
  • bypass security, rate limits, eligibility rules, fraud controls, rewards controls, payment controls, repayment controls, or product controls;
  • use Naverica for commercial resale, unauthorized service bureau purposes, competitive analysis, model training, or automated account activity without written permission.

User Content, Documents, And Feedback

If you send information, documents, messages, screenshots, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Naverica, you grant us permission to use that content as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the platform, communicate with you, support you, improve Naverica, comply with law, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our rights.

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant and the product terms you accept. Do not submit content you do not have the right to provide. Do not send sensitive information through public or unsecured channels.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, Naverica may use them without owing compensation, provided our use does not disclose your personal information except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy And Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using Naverica, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices. Naverica may use security, fraud, abuse-prevention, monitoring, and audit controls to protect users, providers, payments, rewards, and the platform.

Third-Party Services

Naverica may rely on third-party providers, partners, websites, APIs, SDKs, payment processors, payroll providers, connected account providers, rewards partners, payout providers, support tools, analytics providers, and infrastructure services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fees, limitations, outages, support processes, and dispute procedures. Naverica is not responsible for third-party content, decisions, outages, data availability, payment processing, provider rules, partner actions, or services except where required by law.

By connecting a third-party account or using a partner-powered feature, you authorize Naverica and its providers to access, retrieve, process, and use information as needed to provide the feature you requested, subject to the applicable consent, authorization, provider terms, and Privacy Policy.

No Financial, Legal, Tax, Credit, Or Professional Advice

Naverica does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, credit repair, debt settlement, debt adjustment, insurance, or financial advisory services. Information on Naverica is for general product, operational, and educational purposes.

You should review your own circumstances and consult qualified professionals when needed. You should not rely on Naverica as the sole basis for financial, legal, tax, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other important decisions.

Intellectual Property

Naverica, including its name, logos, website, content, design, software, feature flows, data models, and related materials, is owned by Naverica or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You may use Naverica only as intended through the provided website or app. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Naverica’s intellectual property or the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Naverica except as allowed by law.

Availability And Changes

Naverica may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update eligibility rules, partner availability, features, pricing, content, provider connections, supported product steps, fraud-prevention checks, or account requirements.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including provider outages, bank or payroll connection issues, internet issues, payment network issues, app-store issues, processor issues, provider changes, legal restrictions, security incidents, disasters, labor disruptions, or infrastructure failures.

Suspension, Termination, And Account Closure

We may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, provided inaccurate information, created risk, used Naverica improperly, failed required verification, failed payment or repayment obligations, triggered fraud or abuse controls, created security concerns, harmed another user or provider, or if required by law or partner requirements.

You may stop using Naverica at any time. Account closure or product disconnection may not erase all records immediately and may not cancel third-party subscriptions, repayment obligations, payout processing, payment disputes, or partner obligations unless the applicable terms say so.

Certain obligations, records, authorizations, product rules, payment rights, repayment rights, rewards reviews, dispute rights, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity obligations, and legal rights may survive suspension, termination, or account closure.

Disclaimers

Naverica is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, availability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Naverica does not guarantee cash advance availability, approval, limits, funding timing, repayment success, provider support, account connection uptime, transaction categorization accuracy, savings, goal completion, rewards availability, crediting, redemption success, payout timing, cancellation success, payment changes, subscription changes, or any specific financial outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naverica and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost rewards, lost savings, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naverica and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Naverica, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your content or submissions, your misuse of provider services, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Naverica is organized or, if different terms are adopted before launch, the state identified in the final reviewed version of these Terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Naverica so we can try to resolve the issue informally, unless the law allows you to proceed without doing so. Any arbitration clause, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, venue clause, or small-claims process should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when this version was last revised. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of Naverica after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using Naverica and close your account where available. Some obligations may survive closure as described above.
