Privacy and security questions need careful handling. Naverica may need to verify your identity before processing privacy requests or discussing details tied to your account.

Privacy Requests

To request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, account closure, or another privacy right, email privacy@naverica.com.

Some information may be retained when required or permitted by law, such as fraud prevention, legal, audit, complaint, payment, repayment, transaction, or compliance records.

If your request is tied to a signed-in account, Naverica may ask you to complete account verification before responding. Authorized agents may also need to show proof that they can act for the user.

If you need to disconnect an optional connected feature such as Plaid-backed Financial Wellness access, sign in when possible so the team can route the request more safely.

Security Concerns

Email security@naverica.com if you believe:

  • your account was accessed without permission;
  • you received a suspicious message claiming to be from Naverica;
  • you found a security issue on the website or app;
  • your personal information may have been exposed.

Do not include passwords, full account numbers, card numbers, payroll credentials, or other secrets in your email.
