Account Access
Account access and sign-in help
Start with secure sign-in, passkey or password recovery, then use your signed-in account for account-security changes.

If you cannot access your Naverica account, start with secure sign-in or account recovery when available. Make sure you are using the email address or phone number connected to your account.
For your protection, support may ask you to verify your identity before discussing details tied to your account.
Before Contacting Support
- Confirm the email address or phone number you are using.
- Try your normal sign-in method first, including passkey or password sign-in when available.
- Use secure account recovery if you need a password reset or a fresh verification email.
- Check whether you received a verification, password reset, or account email-change message.
- Contact support if you still cannot access your account.
After You Sign In
Use your signed-in Naverica account for account-security changes such as:
- changing your email address;
- changing your password;
- enabling or disabling authenticator-app MFA;
- adding, renaming, or removing passkeys.
Some flows may ask you to sign in with your password even if you normally use a passkey, such as account recovery or accepting updated legal terms.
When you change your email address, follow the verification instructions sent to the new address. Your account email may not change until that step is complete.
If you set up an authenticator app, save the recovery codes somewhere private and separate from the device you normally use. Regenerating recovery codes replaces the old set. A passkey depends on support from your browser, device, and password manager or platform account.
Common Problems
- If a reset or verification message does not arrive, check spam or junk folders, confirm the address you entered, and wait a few minutes before requesting another message.
- If an authenticator code fails, confirm your device time is set automatically and enter the newest code.
- If passkey sign-in is unavailable, try password sign-in and review your passkeys after you regain access.
- If you lost access to both your normal sign-in method and recovery options, contact support. Identity verification may be required.
Safety Rules
Naverica support will not ask for your password. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, Social Security numbers, card numbers, bank account details, payroll credentials, or raw documents by email.
