Account Access

Account profile, notifications, and billing

Use your signed-in account to update personal details, organize notifications, and manage a Core subscription.

Your signed-in Naverica account keeps profile details, account notifications, security settings, and Core billing in separate areas. Keeping them separate helps you find the right control without sharing private information through email or a public support form.

Update Your Profile

Open Profile to review or update your name, mobile phone number, and mailing address. Save the form after making changes.

Profile changes do not automatically change your sign-in email, connected bank information, payroll-provider records, partner records, or payment method. Use Security for sign-in email and password changes. Follow the applicable provider’s steps when information belongs to a connected service.

If a profile update does not save, check required fields, use a two-letter state abbreviation, confirm the ZIP code, and try again. Contact support from your signed-in account if the problem continues.

Use The Notification Center

Open Notifications to review account messages related to Financial Wellness, account insights, rewards readiness, billing access, and Cash Advance status.

You can:

  • filter active, unread, or archived notifications;
  • mark one notification or all notifications as read;
  • open the related Naverica page from an available action;
  • archive a notification and restore it later.

Archiving removes a notification from the active view; it does not cancel a reminder, subscription, repayment, partner process, or legal notice. A notification can also be delayed or unavailable if the related account data or partner update has not arrived.

Review Or Manage Core Billing

Open Billing to review whether Core is active, the selected plan, the current billing period, and available billing actions. Core provides access to Financial Wellness features such as connected-account insights, cash-flow planning, goals, reminders, and check-ins. These tools provide information and planning support; they do not create a bank account, hold funds, make payments, or provide personalized financial advice.

Before checkout, review the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation details, and refund terms shown for the plan. Checkout and payment-method handling may be provided by an approved payment processor.

Use Manage billing to open the available billing controls, including cancellation when supported. If you cancel at the end of the current period, Core may remain available until that period ends. Deleting your Naverica account does not necessarily cancel a subscription handled by a payment provider or app store.

If checkout or billing controls are unavailable, refresh the page, confirm that you are signed in to the correct account, and try again later. Contact support from your signed-in account for an unrecognized charge, incorrect subscription status, cancellation problem, or refund question. Do not send full card or bank account numbers by email.
